Release v0.2.0 - Physics, UI Improvements, and More

Features & Changes:
- Physics System:
- Jolt Physics added! Currently supports 2D only, but lays the groundwork for future 3D physics.
- Physics body components restructured to work with Jolt.
- Transform Component Update:
- Now supports 3D transformations (3D support in the engine will come in the future).
- Rotation is now handled using quaternions.
- Editor Improvements:
- UI updated for a more consistent and refined look.
- New Home Tab:
- Opens when launching the editor without a project.
- Also appears when creating a new tab using `Ctrl + T`.
- Other Enhancements:
- Fixed various memory leaks and uninitialized variables for better stability.
- Added MinGW cross-compilation support for building Windows binaries from other platforms.
